The Mandate. The client was expanding operations and required a new oil battery.

The Solution. A new battery was designed and constructed consisting of an inlet / group & test separator skid, treater, produced oil, recycle and water tankage, solution gas compressor, VRU, flare system, and related ancillary equipment.

Rosevear 5-3 Oil BatteryThe installed gathering system included:

  • Two satellites
  • 16 km of 3"pipeline
  • 6 km of 4" pipeline
  • 16 km of 6" sales gas line

The facility handles a maximum battery oil rate of 1890 BPD and a maximum battery water rate of 110 BPD.
