Project Management. GRB Engineering is committed to maintaining stringent controls, ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget. Having successful projects means strong project managers using the right processes and the right tools. At GRB, we have spent a great deal of time and effort to establish thorough project management and engineering processes. Project execution is based on these processes and client approvals throughout the project life-cycle. Documentation. At the onset of all projects, requirements are gathered and documented in the Project Execution Plans. Further supporting documents such as drawings and engineering documents are also key to any successful project. Together, these documents provide clear and concise information for construction and are necessary maintenance and troubleshooting tools. GRB uses formal written communication during all projects and in most cases holds regularly scheduled project update meetings. These clear, simple reporting procedures are important to ensure clients remain informed at all times. Reporting documents include:
Project Benchmarks. GRB has established benchmarks that serve as goals for the project teams. These benchmarks are set jointly with the client and monitored regularly through reporting. Examples of possible benchmarks are:
